Commercial Subsurface Sewage Disposal System

Peak prepared a Site Plan design showing site improvements necessary for the construction of four (4) single family residences on a single site in the Town of Rosendale, Ulster County, NY. Plans included proposed access, parking, building locations, well location, and on-site septic design. Peak coordinated review with the County Health Department to obtain the necessary permits prior to construction.. The septic design features one shared in-ground absorption system sized to accommodate the proposed uses.
